Recommendations for Worstead and District RDA

Worstead and District RDA - 3 horses and riders being led

“Thank you so much for today. She is so happy. I don’t think we’ve ever done something that has given her instant happiness like this. With most activities even if she enjoys them she’ll struggle afterwards and it can be hard to get her to return. When we got home she said “Now I feel like my face looks a lot more calmer & happier”. She is still talking about Jess.“
From a parent

Thank you for you’re time, support and encouragement. The RDA group have allowed me to thrive and build my self esteem and confidence. I have built a connection with horses and will continue this in the future.

Thank you for the support, guidance and your time for Lola-Mai.

She has enjoyed her time with you this past year, her self-esteem and self-confidence has come along leaps and bounds. With your support she will continue her journey with horses in the future.

RDA does a brilliant job supporting children and adults in need.  Thank you.

Why I like going to RDA

Why I like going to R.D.A

I like going to R.D.A because I feel safe going there. I love all the horses especially Jess and Molly. The ladies there are very nice. I look forward to Tuesdays.

“It is a wonderful opportunity to gain confidence and F loves riding. The group of volunteers are really friendly and very helpful.”
Recommendation from mother

“Thank you for my horse riding lessons. I had lots of fun!”

“A parent said how much riding has helped B. Her body strength and balance and co-ordination have improved. This is crucial as she has a genetic condition which gives her low muscle tone. She is more confident following instructions, is more focussed and listens more closely. Her communication skills are improving. Has a passion for riding and talks about it every day.”

“Thank you so much, I am totally enjoying it. Didn’t realize what a difference horse riding would make to my life! Without Riding for The Disabled (RDA) at Worsted, I would never of known. A big thank you to all of you for your help and patience.”
Lots of love Carole📡🐴🙌😘

“I just wanted to say a really big thank you for all those involved with the horse riding sessions for students from our school. It has been a pleasure to see our students benefiting from these sessions. Your volunteers’ dedication and patience is really appreciated.”
